Each Guest House is approximately 80 metres from the next nearest Guest House. The two bedroom properties, The Manhattan and The Highland face out from the ridgeline of our property to the eastern aspect of vines and The Range or Willunga Hills. The Ardmore faces north west over vines and hills and The Strand faces both south and west out to vines, hills and a beautiful grassed area, perfect for picnics.
All stays include a generous complimentary mini bar comprising locally sourced products and breakfast provisions for guests to prepare at their leisure each morning.
We do not substitute items provided, with the exception of exchanging cows milk for soy and/or regular bread for gluten free providing we are notified at the time of booking.
No. The Vineyard McLaren Vale provides self contained accommodation and our guest houses are not serviced daily. For longer stays of 4 night or more we provide a mid-stay clean including replenishment of provisions.
All efforts are made to replace the booking and return monies paid less an administration fee of $80 or change dates. When you pay the deposit it means we hold your chosen dates exclusively for you, barring others from taking those dates, it is for this reason we are not able to return tariffs paid if we cannot relet the dates you have been holding. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance.
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out at 10.30 am. You will be sent a text message at 2.45pm on the day of your arrival with an ACCESS CODE to enter into the keypad on the door of your guest house. If you do not have a mobile number we will email you the ACCESS CODE 24 hours prior to arrival.

No, unfortunately we do not have a secure area to store luggage, you will need to keep your luggage with you until check-in.
All monies will be forfeited unless we are able to replace your booking. We will make every effort to replace a cancelled booking in order to return funds paid, less a $100 cancellation fee.

No. Guests are not, under any circumstance, permitted to invite anyone onto the property who is not staying on the property with the exception of transportation, tour operators and Belli Bliss who provide spa treatments.
Generally the property is a tranquil place however this is a working vineyard and therefore, from time to time, there will be machinery noise and vineyard staff on the property. During vintage (generally Feb/Mar) harvest machinery may operate for a couple of hours while harvesting our grapes on one or two days.
Our property is a 2 minute drive to McLaren Flat, 8 minutes to McLaren Vale, 15 minutes to Willunga, 15 minutes to the nearest beach and 45 minutes to the City of Adelaide or Adelaide International Airport.

We do not have telephones in the Guest Houses however we do provide free internet access.
No. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the 15 acre property.
Yes. There is a fabulous Foodland (with cheese room & sushi bar) in McLaren Vale (8 minute drive) as well as a Coles Supermarket, the highly regarded Ellis Butchers and several terrific bakeries. We also recommend Home Grain Bakery in McLaren Flat, just 2 minutes down the road.
Yes, we just ask you supervise them at all times. Please note The Highland guest house is not suitable for children aged 1 – 8 years.
