With your belly full and your palate dialed in, we head up into the adjoining Adelaide Hills for a tasting at Deviation Road wines, the most celebrated sparkling producer in the Adelaide Hills.

Then we head to a piece of winemaking history Tapanappa wines, the first vineyard in the Adelaide Hills and home of Australian winemaking legend Brian Crozer.

Descend the Adelaide Hills face, overlooking the city to Australia’s icon, Penfolds Magill Estate. Regarded by many as the spiritual birthplace for some of the most famous Australian winemaking stories, such as Grange Hermitage.
